Palm reading, which is also known as chiromancy or chirognomy, is just one of the several pseudosciences. Astrology, numerology, horoscopes, and psychic predictions are some of the others. Pseudoscience is a method that tries to explain physical phenomena without scientific proof to back it up. The purpose of this series of 4 digital prints is for the viewer to foretell my future by reading, so to speak, or to analize the lines on my hand.

Advertising is everywhere; you look at any sporting event and ads are all over the field. Corporations need to bombard you about their products and they do it whenever and wherever they can, and since they want your attention why not have them advertise on mousetraps? What better time than to think about a corporation's product than when you pick up your trap with a dead rodent? These corporations deserve your attention since most either exploit overseas labor(Nike), exploit workers/unions(Walmart, Enron), produce cheap synthetic unhealthy food(McDonalds), or influence and profit from war and oil(Halliburton, ExxonMobil).
